 The City of Polson is currently updating the
Polson Development Code (PDC).
The PDC contains the zoning and land development regulations
for the City and the unincorporated areas surrounding the
City limits.
Land Solutions, LLC of Charlo, MT has been
hired to spearhead the PDC update project.
Land Solutions, LLC
provided a draft update of the Polson Development Code to
the Polson Development Code Advisory Committee on October
15, 2010. The
draft update is in underline – strikethrough format, meaning
the underlined words are recommended new text, and words
that are struck through are recommended to be deleted.
Advisory Committee meetings to review the
draft will be scheduled from November to February. Meeting
times, dates and locations will be posted.
