Appointed by and serves at pleasure of seven member City Council elected by district on a nonpartisan basis for 4 year overlapping terms. Full service city with $1.75 million operating fund budget plus enterprise and bond funds; 57 employees. Position will be filled on merit basis, depending on education and experience.
