The Board of Adjustment has powers to hear variance requests, appeals and make decisions per 76-2-321 through 328 MCA. The Board meets on an as-needed basis. Visit the Agendas & Minutes page for more information.
The Board consists of not less than five members, or no more than seven. A concurring vote of four members is needed to approve or approve with conditions any application or other action. Each term is for three years.
