Online Bill Pay

We are so excited to officially introduce the NEW Online Payments Portal for our citizens. This new portal is user-friendly and provides robust capabilities to manage your account(s), while improving the overall experience to pay your utility bill.

Click here to view the portal and make a payment. (Your "Web ID" will be on your most recent bill)

ACH/EFT payments will be discontinued after Feb 19th, 2026. Credit card payments will continue to be accepted.

Changes to Online Payment Portal – effective 02/19/2026.

The City of Polson Utility Billing Department will no longer accept ACH/EFT (Check or Savings) payment by the online
payment portal due to the rising cost of transaction and banking fees associated with this payment type.
Credit card payments will continue to be accepted online.

Please contact the Utility Billing Office to set up a new method of payment for checking or savings accounts.
The following options are available:

1) Change the payment type set up for auto-payment online to a credit card. (Customers will need to
complete this step themselves on the website.)

2) Sign up for ACH draft with the Utility Billing Office. This process is offered at no charge and will
automatically draft the total amount due on or about the 15th of each month. *Please note that you
cannot set a specific payment date with this process. *

3) Mail a check or money order to the City of Polson each month.

4) Pay by check or cash in person at the Utility Billing Office, 106 1St Street East, Polson, MT 59860. Hours
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. A drop box is located in front of City Hall and can be accessed
24 hours a day.

Please contact the Utility Billing office 406-883-8201 with any questions.

****PLEASE HELP US PREVENT CLOGGED PIPES AND SEWER BLOCKAGE****

Please review Tips to prevent sewer backups during the COVID-19 era.

Do not put grease in drains. Avoid flushing wipes even if they are marked flushable and other hygiene products. Paper towels, disposable (and cloth) diapers, hygienic wipes and feminine products do not deteriorate quickly and can cause a great deal of trouble in the property owner's lateral as well as in the city main.
